Most of the office supplies products shown on our website are available for next business day delivery from date of order. Some items will take a little longer (furniture and machines for example).

We provide a fast delivery service on furniture, usually delivering within 3-5 working days. These products are delivered using specialist couriers and the products supplied may require some assembly once delivered.

Next working day delivery anywhere in mainland UK provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries for the Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.

We provide a fast delivery service on furniture, usually delivering within 3-5 working days. These products are delivered using specialist couriers and the products supplied may require some assembly once delivered.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you have received and would like to return or exchange any products purchased, you must notify us within 10 working days of receipt by telephone or email. The item(s) must be in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept goods for return if the original sealed packaging has been split or opened.

Some categories (listed below) are non-returnable

  • Diaries, planners other dated products
    We cannot accept dated products for return as ‘no longer required’ after the 28th November of the preceding year to which the dated product relates.
  • Food / Beverages / Hygiene
    Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on any food or drink items including biscuits, sweets, headphones, coffee and water etc.
  • Perishables
    Returns can only be accepted on perishable items if you have received the goods in a faulty condition, and on sealed items (for example, printer cartridges, computer software or backup media), if they have not been unsealed.
  • Business Machines & Electricals
    Business machines and electrical goods cannot be returned once the item(s) box has been opened. Only goods which are faulty or damaged upon receipt can be returned once they have been opened.
  • Office furniture
    Any furniture items, including chairs and storage and desking which are no longer required may incur a 35% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted when your refund is processed.

5Star Office is not responsible for paying any costs associated with returning those goods.

There may be some situations where we may be able to accept returns for items within 28 days of receipt, however these items are liable to incur a restocking fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details.

Please note refunds are made exclusive of any delivery charges unless you are returning your whole order.

 

Faulty / damaged goods

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a collection and/ or replacement. Please contact us at: support@5staroffice.net.

 

Incorrect item delivered

If one or more incorrect items arrives in your delivery, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a collection and the correct replacement to be supplied. Please contact us at: support@5staroffice.net.

 

Shortages

If an item that you have ordered and is showing as ‘in stock’ at the time of order does not arrive please get in touch immediately at: support@5staroffice.net.

My order has arrived and its damaged

How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@5staroffice.net and as long as it meets our criteria for return we will do the rest.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have collected the goods and if the item is ‘not required’ confirmed they are in resaleable condition.

Backordered items
If an item goes out of stock on the day of order, you will be notified and have the option of cancelling your order or waiting until it is available. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

5 Star Price Match Promise

If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, please email us the details at sharpenyourpencil@5staroffice.co.uk so that we can investigate and report back.

Following our research, if we are able to match or revise our price we will do so. We will only investigate apparent price discrepancies against UK based, VAT registered businesses and will not entertain price match requests for products that are not new and not in the original packaging.

The product must be available and in stock. Online promotions and discounts such as specials, bonuses or free offers in addition to products which are sold with special conditions such as prices conditional upon volume discounts will be excluded.
