Standard Delivery Policy
Most of the office supplies products shown on our website are available for next business day delivery from date of order.
We provide a fast delivery service on furniture, usually delivering within 3-5 working days. These products are delivered using specialist couriers and the products supplied may require some assembly once delivered.
Next working day delivery anywhere in mainland UK provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries for the Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.
For orders of £35 + VAT and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
For orders under £35 + VAT in value: Delivery will cost £3.95 + VAT

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We can deliver to The Republic of Ireland and provide invoicing in Euros if required. For more information about our Euro pricing and delivery options, please call or enquire at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To find out the expected delivery of a product, or if a product is out of stock and unavailable for delivery, please check the product details page before you place your order.
If an item goes out of stock on the day or order, you will be notified and have the option of cancelling your order or waiting until it is available. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
Goods not required
If you change your mind about an item you have purchased, you must notify our customer service department within 10 working days of receipt of your goods. The item returned must be in the same condition as you received it. Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be credited.
Faulty/ damaged goods
If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a collection and/ or replacement. Please contact us at: email@example.com.
Incorrect item delivered
If one or more incorrect items arrives in your delivery, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a collection and the correct replacement to be supplied. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item that you have ordered and is showing as ‘in stock’ at the time of order does not arrive please get in touch immediately at: email@example.com .
